All artwork created by Elizabeth L. Miner remains her exclusive intellectual property, regardless of whether a piece has been sold. This applies to original works, commissioned pieces, prints, and any reproductions, present or future.

The act of purchasing any artwork, in any form, does not transfer creative rights to the buyer. Purchasers are not permitted to mint artwork as an NFT, reproduce it for commercial or non-commercial distribution, or replicate it in any manner without prior authorization.

Collectors are kindly asked to refrain from reproducing artwork in any form without express written consent from the artist. Sharing purchased works on social media is warmly encouraged and does not constitute a violation of this policy and please tag Elizabeth L. Miner's account when featuring her work in your posts.
