Larry's Portrait

I decided one day to do a portrait of a friend of mine without letting him know. I had seen a picture of him online with the hat on and I just wanted to draw it. I sent it to him as a Christmas Present.

Larry and I have been friends since about the 4th grade. We went to school in a little country school outside of Shepherd Montana. Yes, it's true we had a one room school house that 2 grades were in at the same time. Just like the Pioneer days. Our school was actually named Pioneer Progressive School. There was another brick building there too for the younger kids. But as we got to the older, we were using the old one room school. In fact there were only 5 of us in my grade. Great times back then! Must have been in the mid to late 60's!
